2. Data and purposes
Website delivery and server logs
When you access the website, the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information and HTTP status may be processed and stored in server logs. This is necessary to deliver a secure and stable website and to detect errors and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation.
Contact and project enquiries
If you contact us by email or through the enquiry form provided with Ninja Forms, we process your contact details, the content of the enquiry and any project documents you provide. The submission is stored in WordPress and sent to the operator by email for processing. Processing is necessary to answer the enquiry and for pre-contractual communication under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Security and administration
WordPress and Loginizer may process failed login attempts, IP addresses and security events to prevent unauthorised access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Backups are created with WPvivid and transferred to a configured external backup destination. Access is limited to the operator and required technical service providers.
Language and cookie consent
qTranslate-XT may remember the selected language. GDPR Cookie Compliance stores your choice in the cookie banner. Non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used only after your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI-CE. Details are provided in the Cookie Policy.
Analytics and external media
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (services provided by Google Ireland Limited) to measure website use and successfully submitted project enquiries. This may involve processing online identifiers, device and browser data, IP address, page views and interactions. For Google Ads, only a successful project-form submission is recorded as a conversion; telephone clicks are not counted. The services are activated only after consent via the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI-CE). You can withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie settings.
3. Recipients and processors
Access is limited to the operator and necessary technical providers, especially hosting, maintenance and email providers, insofar as required to operate the site or answer an enquiry. Data may also be disclosed where required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims or based on your consent. Personal data are not sold.
4. International transfers
When Google services are used, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States and other recipients outside the European Economic Area. According to Google, such transfers rely on the applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Google services are activated only after your consent.
5. Retention
Data are retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Server and security data are deleted or anonymised when the security purpose ends unless needed to investigate an incident. Enquiries are deleted after communication ends unless contractual, warranty, tax, commercial or limitation periods require longer retention.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future. Send requests to info@autark.es. We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity.
7. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain: www.aepd.es. You may also contact another competent supervisory authority.
8. Required information and automated decisions
You do not need to actively provide data simply to browse the site. Fields marked as required are needed to answer an enquiry. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect, including profiling, takes place.
9. Security, children and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. The site is not directed specifically at children; project enquiries are intended for persons aged 14 or over or made through a parent or guardian. We update this policy when functions or legal requirements change. Last updated: 4 September 2026.
